Red Nation | Honda Motorcycles Australia

When it comes to motorcycles and vehicles, Honda is a household name. The Japanese manufacturer is amongst the highest selling motorcycle makers in Australia, and that’s thanks to their reliable and race-winning products. With a range of dirt bikes and road bikes that cater for all ages and abilities, there’s literally a motorcycle for everyone.

We were approached by Honda Motorcycles Australia to create a highlight video of a brand new concept called Red Nation - it’s an industry-first program that allows customers to ride their motocross range of dirt bikes, and it simply packs up into two shipping containers to be transported across the country. The introduction of the concept was hosted at the Coastal Motorcycle Club in Henderson, Western Australia, where there were up to 20 dirt bike available to ride. Customers had the choice of riding the all-new 2022 Honda CRF250R, along with the 2022 Honda CRF450R and Honda CRF150RB.

We’re no strangers to motocross - our founder, Jeremy, has competed in the sport for 20 years, along with working within the media in the motorcycle industry for almost a decade. We were able to efficiently capture detail shots of the brand new dirt bikes, the Red Nation set-up, and of course, the riders riding the bikes. Along with that, we directed a piece to camera with a representative from Honda, as well as interviewing a number of riders on their experience at the event.

We turned the edit around in just two days, delivering Honda Motorcycles Australia with an extended 7-minute video, and a shorter 2-minute version for social media use. Honda were extremely pleased with the video, which professionally portrayed their brand-new concept which will now travel across the country.
